Two techniques for this analysis are Energy Dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Computational Fluid Dynamics is used to determine fluid flow, drag, and turbulence characteristics. Measurements of electrical components and systems response under field-use conditions provides data on component and system functionality and performance. HALT, HASS, Thermal Cycling, Life Testing

Spectrum Data And Analysis, LLC provides complete test plans written and executed for Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT), and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS), Thermal Cycling, and Life Testing in selected environmental conditions.  Statistical analysis of test data provides material, mechanical, and electrical characteristics of component and system life times.

Third Party Testing

Third party testing and verification confirms component and system performance and product life times. Spectrum Data And Analysis, LLC, an independent, unbiased third party, provides third party testing using test methods and analytical techniques.

Failure Analysis

Finding the root cause of a technical issue is the first step to corrective actions. Spectrum Data And Analysis, LLC uses failure analysis and deductive methods based upon the data and conclusive evidence obtained from analysis to identify the root cause of the failure. Corrective actions are apparent after root causes are identified.
